This year we are very excited to be celebrating 200 years of worship at Barrow Baptist Church here in Barrow Upon Soar, Leicestershire.

There are a number of celebration events going on at the church, we’d love to see you!

School Competitions

The pupils at Hall Orchard Primary School have been hard at work creating pieces of art to help us celebrate our 200th anniversary. Keep your eyes peeled to see who the winners are and join us on 18th June to see all of the pieces on display in the church building and for our celebratory fete outside.

200 years in the making...

In 1822 the land was purchased and building began on what is now the Barrow Baptist Church premises. Lots has happened and changed over that period, but the same passion for God and people remains at the very heart of who we are and what we do.
