MEN

Our aim is simple – we want to challenge and encourage every bloke to be the Man God made them to be – but what does that really mean and what will it cost?

The sobering reality is that for a lot of non-church men, they see Christianity as irrelevant to them with many being apathetic or agnostic (believing God is unknowable) towards anything to do with church or faith.  With this in mind, all of our events are aimed at serving 1 of 2 purposes. Firstly to provide opportunities for men to introduce their non-church friends to the message of Jesus.  The second is to help guys to grow in their faith – we’re all trying to live the Christian life and it’s often easier when we do that as a band of brothers rather than as a bunch of individuals. It’s not about sharing all our intimate secrets with each other, but just declaring that we stand shoulder to shoulder with one another.

Who Let The Dads Out

9am to 11am on the first Saturday of the month

Toys, bacon, coffee and banter.  Come and meet other dads and earn some brownie points by giving mum a morning off!

Who Let The Dads Out? is a place where dads, grandads, father figures and their children can come together to have fun. It is founded on the Christian principle of wanting to demonstrate God’s love to communities.

It is aimed at dads/grandads/father figures and children under KS2.  We provide the toys, coffee and bacon sandwiches as well as a craft activity and a chance to meet other guys.
